From Start to Finish, IN 10 STEPS

Getting excited? We'll walk you through the ten steps of the building process from start to finish so you'll know what to expect, and when to expect it.

1 We answer all your questions and explain all the fine details in preparation for the purchase deposit and contract.

2 Your financing is custom-fitted to your needs and paperwork is processed.

3 We present options for the interior of your new home, with the guidance of an expert to help you personalize your new home to your satisfaction.

4 Your pre-drywall orientation is an exciting opportunity to see your home in progress, and understand all the quality being built into the walls.

5 We'll regularly keep you up to date on the status of your new home, and always be available to answer your questions and provide you with guidance promptly.

6 A quality control inspection is performed to ensure that your new home is fine-tuned and ready for your family.

7 30 days before the projected completion date, we will provide a pre-settlement orientation where you'll have the opportunity to tour your new home and make a list of any items that require attention.

8 It's time to pack up the boxes, schedule the movers, and make arrangements for utilities.

9 Once your settlement company paperwork is complete, you will receive the keys to your new Brookfield home.

10 After you've had a few weeks in your new home, we'll check in with you to address any issues, and then do so again at your one-year anniversary as well.
